"Just got back from a Avey Tare (Animal Collective) & Kria Brekkan (mum) & Greg Davis show in Burlington, Vermont. Incredible. Davis played a jawdropping drone solo set first and then Brekkan played a prettier version of Joanna Newsome-esque freak folk with current boy friend Tare who shared vocal duties. I'm not sure if these guys have a name for their act but its killer."

vuol dire che avey tare e kria brekkan (ovvero kristin ormai ex-múm), 'spaccano'.
qui e qui trovate 2 registrazioni live dei due.
qui alcune registrazioni di kria solista, e qui un video di lei che suona per le strade di parigi.

I múm hanno registrato un live sessions per una radio islandese, che contiene interviste con la band (in lingua islandese), interpretazioni live, e mix di diverse canzoni che saranno presenti sul prossimo album che uscirà in autunno!

Il titolo del nuovo album sarà asssurdo: "go go smear the poison ivy, let your crooked hands be holy"... ma che vuol dire?

qualcosa come "vai, vai, imbratta l'edera velenosa, lascia che le tue mani ricurve siano sante"? °_°

ólöf arnalds, múm's collaborator for the past 3 years, released her solo album recently on . uhm strano non mi fa salvare le due canzoni O_O le apre direttamente in media player... amen almeno le ho sentite^^ belli i live di Kria, e il video a Parigi*,* ora sento il resto ^^
